Special Features: Aptus seals are extruded TPEs. This material combines the flexibilty of a thermoplastic with the functional performance and properties of a conventional thermoset rubber. Compression seal with a reach of .625″(15.9mm) for mounting distances of .31″ to .50″ and a bulb diameter of .500″(12.7mm). With a backing width of .187″(4.8mm), this T-slot base works in the majority of PVC and aluminum extrusions. TPE bulb composition is an alternative to textile products in adverse environments.
